3.1 How to make reservation through TableMap?
 

You have to register as a TableMap member to enjoy our online reservation service. Besides, you have to provide your mobile number for SMS verification during first time reservation. Please refer to How to Use page for detailed reservation procedures.

   
3.2 Are there any points to note when making reservation?
 

To protect members’ benefits, each member is limited to make 3 reservations on the same reservation day. Among these 3 reservations, each member can only make 2 reservations at the same restaurant.
If you cannot attend the booking on time, please logon to My Account and choose Current Reservations for amendment or cancellation. Otherwise, your attendance status will be marked as no-show. Your account will be suspended if you have excessive no-show records.

   
3.3 What should I do if I have not received any SMS verification code?
 

Normally, you will receive the verification code via SMS in 20 minutes to verify your phone number. Otherwise, please check if you have input a correct mobile number, or click on “Re-send SMS verification”by logon to Change Phone No. under My Account.

   
3.4 How can I cancel or amend my reservation?
 

You can logon to My Account and check your upcoming reservations by selecting the Current Reservations. On the right hand side of each reservation records, two buttons, namely “Amend” and “Cancel”, can be found. Once the amendment or cancellation is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You have to make the amendment or cancellation at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation. Otherwise, please call the restaurant directly.

   
3.5 How to submit my special request to the restaurant?
 

If you have any special requests when making reservation, you can state your preference in the “Special Requests” section on the reservation form. Restaurants will try their best to cater to your request. However, not every request can be fulfilled. Your understanding will be greatly appreciated.

   
3.6 If I can’t make reservation through TableMap, is it possible that I can reserve by phone?
 

Some of our member restaurants will not provide all the time slots and available seats for online reservation. Therefore, if there is no seat available on TableMap, you can call the restaurant directly to make reservation. But please note that phone reservation does not entitle to any Dining Points.
