Dining Points Program
Once you have made a reservation through TableMap and fulfilled the reservation on time, you will be rewarded 50 Dining Points(except otherwise stated in restaurant reservation note). With the accumulated Dining Points, you can redeem an array of meticulously chosen gifts or vouchers. You can redeem your favorite item for as low as 300 points!
Dining points earned will be valid for at least one year and for up to two years, allowing you more time to accumulate Dining Points for redemption.
Some restaurants will offer Double Dining Points occasionally. If you see a “100P” icon beside the reservation button, then you can earn extra Dining Points if you make and fulfill a reservation during the promotion period. We will also partner with member restaurants to provide more fabulous promotional offers from time to time, so you can get Dining Points faster and enjoy more attractive dining privileges.
How long are my Dining Points valid for?
Dining points earned are valid from the date of issue until the end of second Dining Points Year. Term of “Dining Points Year” is defined as below:
Expiration Date:
- If you register between January 1 and June 30, the Dining Points Year will commence on January 1 and end on December 31 of the same year.
- If you register between July 1 and December 31, the Dining Points Year will commence on July 1 and end on June 30 of the following year.

All expired points will be forfeited without advance notice. Please logon to My Account to check the exact expiration date in the Points History section.
When will my Dining Points be credited to my account?
When you have fulfilled the reservation, the restaurant will inform us about your attendance status through our computer system and we will credit the Dining Points to your account accordingly. Normally, you will be able to check the latest dining points within 2 to 4 days after fulfilling the reservation.
How do I check my current points balance?
You can get the following information by selecting Dining Points under My Account.
- Current Points Balance
- Points Expiry Date
- Gift Catalogue
- Redemption Status
- Redemption History
How to redeem my points?
Logon to My Account and follow the instructions below:
- Check gift items and number of points required by clicking on Points Redemption
- Select your preferred gift
- Input the redemption quantity, recipient’s name and the mailing address for delivery, and then click "Redeem" to submit the redemption request
- Gifts will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks
WAre there any points to note when redeeming points?
- Once you have successfully submitted the redemption request, number of points required will be deducted and you will receive an email for confirmation.
- We will arrange delivery of gift items upon receipt of your redemption request. You can logon to My Account to check the current status by selecting Redemption History.
- Dining points cannot be transferred or combined with any other TableMap member accounts.
- No amendment or cancellation is allowed once you have submitted your redemption request. Normally, the redeemed items will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. If you do not receive any notification after 4 weeks, please click here to contact us for enquiry.
